===== Windower Related =====
  * Windows Vista is currently a hit or miss situation. While it works for most people, many Vista users are unable to use Windower 3.3
  * GeForce 8X00 user's are sort of the same situation. While it works for most, many people still cannot get the game to function properly.
  * True Fullscreen does not work.
  * [[:commands|game_toggleframe]] command does not work - **Fixed in 3.4**
  * [[:commands|game_togglefullscreen]] does not toggle back once entering fullscreen - **Fixed in 3.4**
  * Windower(FFXI) may crash when trying to shutdown/logout the game if some plugins that draw to the screen are still loaded.
  * The game may crash upon play after the window opens up somewhat.
     * Sometimes changing the POL window out of focus right as it is spawning will let the game open, however problems with alt tabbing are reported when using this workaround.
  * When the game opens, you may see distorted or black boxed areas on the border of the game. Try reading [[http://www.windower.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=11033|This post]] for tips on fixing it. No known cause for this problem at this time. 
  * Exec may fail when used inside of scripts saying failed to execute script randomly. No known cause for this problem at this time. - **Fixed in 3.4**
  * Plugins may randomly unload themselves with an Access violation error. This is usually coupled with an incorrect plugin name (or blank) as the one that unloaded. There is no known cause for this problem at this time. - **Fixed in 3.4**
  * Launcher_GUI is not x64 compatible. Aceofspades HAS RELEASED A FIX! The fix has not been placed into the Windower download as of 11/1/08. To download ONLY the launcher_gui file, download [[http://caddy.callofdestinyls.com/launcher_gui.rar|this file]] and replace the launcher_gui in your Windower folder. 


*Problem with Running Windower on Vista??? took me a while to figure this out but it works once u get it set when u download windower 3.3. Right click on launcher>properties>click on Compatibility>run program compatibility mode for WinXP if u have the option then at the bottom of the box where it says privilege level click run program as administrator.. if u want go the extra step and click show settings for all users and repete the steps.. 



===== Plugin Related =====
  * [[:plugins:ExpWatch|ExpWatch]] is not Autoload friendly
     * You may use [[:plugins:AutoExec|AutoExec]] plugin to auto load [[:plugins:ExpWatch|ExpWatch]] on login
  * [[:plugins:DrawDistance|DrawDistance]] may sometimes not take effect if set before logging in due to a recent FFXI Patch.
     * You may use [[:plugins:AutoExec|AutoExec]] plugin to auto set [[:plugins:drawdistance|DrawDistance]] on login
  * The game will crash on multiple commands involving the help command /?, this is due to the [[:plugins:timestamp|TimeStamp]] plugin. 
     * If you really need to access these help commands, unload [[:plugins:timestamp|TimeStamp]] before running them. ((this is a temporary fix and will be fixed ASAP))
  * Obtaining signet will hang for about 10 seconds when using [[:plugins:timestamp|TimeStamp]].
     * Unload [[:plugins:timestamp|TimeStamp]] before obtaining signet if you do not want to wait. ((this is a temporary fix and will be fixed ASAP))
     * Or download the newest [[:plugins:timestamp|TimeStamp]]. Was a silent release, but fixes the signet hang up.
  * Silence sometimes leaks messages.
  * Silence may crash under heavy load of gear changes.
  * Precognition is currently BETA and will not be 100% accurate. Double attacks are not properly counted and your shadow count may randomly jump to some high number.
