Fixed: Fixed the plugin from the November 19th break due to Wings of the Goddess.
Changed: Spells.xml and Abilities.xml are no longer used. A new system that will be shared between plugins called Resources.xml will be automatically created upon load of plugin and automatically updated.
Added: ShowTwoHour and ShowIndex features to Recast.ini. Read wiki page for information on them.
