Replacement for RaceConv.

You can auto load this and set your race/face in your init. Because of the way it was rewritten, you don't flash out when you set your face/race, so you'll have to change gear or something. On the upside, you no longer blink when items drop into your inventory and whatnot. Enjoy

PlasticSurgeon (1.0) can be loaded by opening your Windower console and typing load plasticsurgeon. PlasticSurgeon (1.0) is autoload friendly, one can add the load plasticsurgeon command to their init.txt file in the scripts folder where Windower resides.
