Windower helper is a DLL Interface to interact with Windower that lets 3rd Party Application Developers create applications that can draw on the window the way Windower Plugins do and send commands directly to windower, as well as create their own custom windower commands to send things back to their application.

bIsNewCommand is bugged in current release, currently testing an updated version of this DLL of a fix.
